No their math is accurate.
It's based on the 2023 annualized. There were two dividend payments at $0.36 and two at $0.38. This totals $1.48 for 2023. If they now pay 4 dividends of $0.39/share, it totals $1.56.

$1.56 / $1.48 = 1.054
