Medipharm Labs warrants to expire Feb. 26

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Medipharm Labs Corp. common share purchase warrants will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on Feb. 26, 2024, and will be delisted at the close on the same day. According to the TSX, the warrants are exercisable for 0.291 of a common share of the company at an exercise price of 26 cents per 0.291 of a common share (or an effective exercise price of 89 cents per common share) until the expiry time.

The TSX notes that trades in the warrants on Feb. 22, 2024, will settle on Feb. 23, 2024, trades on Feb. 23, 2024, will settle on Feb. 26, 2024, and trades from the open to 12 p.m. Toronto time on Feb. 26, 2024, will settle on the same day.
