WHYA logical thinking person as to question WHY? with all his knowledge, with all the accolades given to him, with the connections, with all the experience that NoShowRonnie has, that proph has inidated us with over and over and over again
- Ronnie is a man of great pride. You don't get to his position in the largest biotech company in the world and hold the job for 17 years without a devotion to excellence at the highest level. He is arguably the most important biotech executive in Canada for the last 20 years. He has been refered to as a pharmaceutical icon in Canada. He has made a great impact on Canada. We are very fortunate to have him and his apprach to excellence.
WHY HAS NOSHOWRONNIE BEEN UNABLE TO ATTRACK OUTSIDE INTEREST IN CEOPRO? WHY?
There can only be 2 conclusion to this as I do believe that NoRonnieShow does merrit some respect while at the helm of Roche.
Conclusion 1 - gagnon's name is dirt, he is not trusted and respected in the industry and definitely seen as a person who is not capable to deliver. The numbers deliverables over the last several years at Ceopro speak for themselves.
Conclusion 2 - there never was an attempt by gagnon or NoShowRonnie to look for an outside partnership as this was gagnon's plan all along. He was once the CEO at Aezs, still on the board and receives significant compensation through the roost called consulting fees, $960,000.00 US and counting. He setup a puppet regime controlled by himself and starting talking about the a NASDAQ listing several years back.
This entire merger thing is a scam, Aezs has been devalued several times by gagnon to maintain the Nasdaq list. this will continue to occur because of gagnon's ego (not micromanager characteristics). If the merger happen the only way gagnon will be able to maintain a Nasdaq listing is through further evaluations, (stock splitting) to artificially maintain required Nasdaq value.
Put Conclusion 1 and 2 together and we have why we are here today, a parasite a cancer needs to be removed
We have to vote NO and No to gagnon, he is the reason the stock price has dropped 3 fold over the year and will continue to drop, gagnon is the pa33site/##nce# that has to removed in order for CEAPRO to succeed.
