$0.17 Today; perhaps $0.14 or $0.10 By The End Of The Week?Seemingly nothing upward share price driving is about to take place here with Northern Graphite Corporation.
Alas, it could be that as usual Hugues Jacquemin & Co simply tossed we NGC.V equities investors a small bone with one tiny morsel of meat attached to such a bone.
Clearly, the various equities market participants are essentially telling Hugues Jacquemein & Co that they have no confidence in the management team not to go about massively and materially diluting existing and any would be NGC.V equities investors out from their respective equity investment positions; doing so by way of a transaction which requires NGC.V to undertake an issued and outstanding equities consolidation and then ensure the entirely dilutive issuance of tranches of NGC.V equity control, as part in parcel of that NeoGraf Solutions LLC relating option deal allowing Northern Graphite Corporation to purchase part of or the entirety of the equity ofNeoGraf Solutions LLC.
In my opinion, this is precisely why this company's share price simply has not been allowed to break away from a share price which is either wholly reflective of the compay's book value per share of $0.18 or a share price which is reflective of a discount to NGC's book value per share, see today's $0.17 low and perhaps more share price lows to come.
Clearly, the odds favor we NGC.V "minority" equities investors having our respective equity investment value being utterly destroyed by way of a deal which is wholly dilutive of our respective existing and already annihilated equity investment value.
