RE:if there is hostile takeoverassuming they can get all of these guys to sell (table below) whoever wants to do the takeover they own about 49% of AR stock then all they have to do is buy another 200 million shares on the open market and they will be in the drivers seat they will own 51% of the company. that dosent mean thay can do as they want as minority shareholders have certain rights.
how much do you think all those guys below will want for their shares .$24 per share? ....I think not
and if they start to buy on the open market do you think they will get their 200 mill at $.24 ? ... i think not
