Thank you for following up.  As you may be aware, we are in active negotiations with Unifor Local 195 representing the manufacturing team members employed at our Windsor, Ontario tablet and packaging facility.  In spite of reaching a tentative agreement last week, there continues to be a work stoppage at this facility.  We are actively engaged with the union and look forward to a timely and fair resolution to this action.  We will provide an update on our Q4FY2023 earnings date via media release and on our website as soon as practical within our statutory reporting requirements.
