Fresh tamaracktop accusations of misleading press release in the most recent press release EXRO states

"Sue Ozdemir, the company's chief executive officer and a member of the board of directors, participated in the offering."

and Tamaracktop keeps insinuating the company is making misleading statements in the press release - his most recent accusation 

"If she doesn't file a report by Wednesday at the latest,
she didn't buy any." 

 there is no question your accusation is clear
