RE:Nice volume
NorthernTaco,
You know for a fact that Echelon representatives "were the ones who handled Rocco's options" and his disposition of the vested GRA.T shares?
Somebody at the other NanoXplore investors bulletin board suggested exactly the same information and presented such information as fact.
That somebody at the other NanoXplore bulletin board also suggested that Echelon representatives could somehow be involved in facilitating NanoXplore securing of that awaited for credit facility (perhaps a $120 Million to $145 Million credit facility).
In your assessment, would it be possible that Martinrea International could be one of a grouping of highly interested NanoXplore partners and stakeholders which would be provisioning it's apportioned amount of the credit facility guaranteeing "letters of credit"?
After all, I expect an at least 8% and perhaps upward towards 13% yield can be realized by Martinrea International in it's extending of said company's "letters of credit" in supporting the locking down of the very soon to be announced NanoXplore credit facility.
Are you suggesting that MRE could be reporting, during Thursday, Martinrea's investment in supporting NanoXplore's secured credit facility?
I expected Investissement Quebec and also certain Government of Canada funded entities (Canada's Strategic Innovation Fund, BDC, EDC, etc.) would collectively be provisioning about $70 Million worth of invested capital support for NanoXplore's five year strategic business development investment plan; an amount of capital investment which could be very easily levered up with RBC perhaps, so as to lock in an additional at least 52.5 Million to as high as $60 or even 70 Million of extended capital credit. That could total anywhere from 122.5 Million to 130 Million and as high as $140 Million of capital credit facility security for NanoXplore.
Hmm? $140 Million yielding a proposed interest rate of anywhere from 8% to 13% would mean interest payments of roughly anywhere from $11.2 Million to anywhere up to $18.2 Million per annum, i.e. should the entire $140 Million capital credit facility be immediately drawn, which is obviously entirely unlikely of course.
I will tell you that should somehow $140 Million immediately accrue to NanoXplore's balance sheet, which I expect would be highly unlikely of course, the NanoXplore share price would immediately rocket upward like the SpaceX "Falcon Heavy"
Alas, one can only dream, eh?
