Is FSD Pharma broke? "settlement of an aggregate of $637,650 of amounts owing to arm's length creditors through the issuance of 545,000 Class B Subordinate Voting shares"
Anyone else read this the same as me. Creditors are knocking and FSD can't pay. Now they are paying creditors with OUR shares to the tune of half a million. Consulting? Sounds more like friends of the CEO coming to eat at the trough.
No shock but just another sign the nails are about to be put in the coffin. How long can they sustain zero revenue and live off the small investors from 2018?
Next they'll be paying their Toronto office rent with shares, tim hortons coffee's with shares, utilities with shares. Lets dilute this back to 80 cents boys. Then we can 201 RS and repeat.
