Thanks Geodcan, I would agree with you with "the need for a thc device is getting more support and could be a partial reason for the US not legalizing across all of the States. Law enforcement wants an impartial device for thc determination as impaired".
Also, the fact that this is an election year in the US and the Republicans in the House are using this as a political against the Democrats.
The House leader and most of the Republicans are being dictated by the Trump and his (MAGA) cult.
