Agree.

Possibly there is some merit to removing existing management and some directors to give the company a chance to "Re-Market, Re-Present itself in North America"
In order for that to be successful, it would be necessary to find a Face for the Company that already has credibility and I have no ideas as to whom that might be.
Perhaps someone within Itochu's existing structure that has NA presence and experience?
