I think there’s no dividend cut….

First of all the dividend has already been cut.   ( probably should have came in a lower dividend to start ) but here we are.

  I think it will take 2 or 3 more quarters
for this reit to have better numbers.

 I personally think management should move faster on some non-core asset sales, but seems like all of these riets are slow, moving at the best of times, 
 

 Considering this reit is trading at a discount to net asset value the asset sales of apartment buildings should be a decent boost. 
( to paying down variable rate debt. ).

  I think  it will take 2 or 3 quarters and some asset sales to bring everything back into balance. ( it's not like it's hard to sell apartment buildings at the moment it's not like Office real estate ) 

happy to hold this one for the long-haul.
