RE:What happened to that guyIt seems that we have returned to the same collective opinion of Thera’s BOD & PL since this time last year before the AGM, unfortunately for us this time around Thera made sure we could not threaten there jobs with the need for change by punishing us with HEAVY & CHEAP dilution…At one point I held almost 1% of Thera and was keeping the faith, but now I am so diluted that my voice is just a small chirp and have little recourse to help right the ship….Pinning my hopes on a positive surprise for TH1902 or a large player stepping in that salvages some of our investments…..We know how were voting at this year’s AGM so let’s hope the heavyweights also decide to join us for some positive change this year.

This said let's talk about my 60 or 90 day plan. During my career, I must have transitioned to new roles over 15 times. Every time I go at it in a very simple, but systematic way. This time will be no different, as I will start by assessing capabilities within the company.
I will then review our business model and pin down the levers of success and the investment required to fully activate them. Once everyone is on board with what the right plan is, then we will focus on the execution. And I will hold people accountable for doing what needs to be done. As previously said, this is a simple way to dive and assess the situation, but it is the best way to share objectives and get colleagues to work as a cohesive team.
