As the updates are staggered this is plausible.

I'd say they clearer marcation is post Jan 10th.

from Jan 10th to today we've seen the rapid enrollment increase - 11 enrolled in 48 days.

And we got a pretty mushy, non-scientific answer as to the reason for the sudden rate increase.

Jan 10th was also the timing of a lot of conversations re: Baxter accessing the Tigris data early... interesting..
