I appreciate the respectful response and nothing I am saying is with any animus.

my observations have been that "this" (whatever it may be) is always "THE news" that is going to slight the SP. Regrettably, I haven't seen that materialize in a meaningful way.

i do think we will continue to drag our feet; and further dilute the SP before we see the epoch we are all waiting for.

Yes, news may come and I may leave some
cash on the table but we (possibly at the fault of the Serbs) will doddle along without news or updates and the SP will slump back down to a lower level that enables a great entry (or re-entry) point.

Either way, GLTA! I hope pay day is around the corner.
