It was just under a year ago..

It was just under a year ago..When us happy investors got a Manji unit holder letters ending with the phrase about doing something if the unit price did not recover by end of the year, and that would not let investors down.  That was when we were at $9+, and now $5.85 and sinking harder every day.  Yes the sector and office had some headwinds pick up but its still a rather outsized underperformance from the average REIT.

A full 1 billion off of NAV as of this moment.

This is where we're at. Tomorrow will be huge and I will be esctatic if the PCE number does not sour the REIT space mood going into results.
