Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:I agree scroogeA guy on Schwab network talking about pce "wisper number" that is hot, 2.9-3.  Insane that there are insiders and outsiders.  This guy is saying there is going to be a huge move in the morning, like snakeys flush.  Then a "reallocation" at mid day, (maybe the pros buying the dip and dumping tech, my thoughts).  He says that 4.30 ten year is the base and if it breaks we go to 4.45, and if yields drop they go to 4.10.
