There are talking heads that discuss REITs, but none seems to be a deep value player. The ones I have seen trumpet the fully priced hot hands, industrial and residential, and recommend avoiding office at any price. The best solution for an office/retail/diversified REIT is to ignore this bearish sentiment and get cracking: prove and unlock value, and shower cash on unitholders.
