RE:re reasonsridethewinners,
First, I don't believe in luck, nor Santa Clause or The Tooth Fairy.
You stated "The recent RM trades were no guesswork on my part, I just called the company and asked. I was not pleased to see all the negative comments directed to someone who chose to do a private trade for his own reasons, and then was subject to character assasination."
I won't back down from supporting everything I stated when voicing my own opinion as to NanoXplore officers and directors approving that particular Mr. Rocco Marinaccio options exercise and his dumping of the entirety of those resulting GRA.T shares leading up to and just before the company releasing Q2/1024 quarterly financials.
You are clearly suggesting what I stated in said regard was representative of some sort of "character assassination" launched against Mr. Rocco Marinaccio.
Clearly, such a suggestion on your part is representatives of your opinion regarding this issue.Opinions being like _s_holes, i.e. everyone has one; and you are certainly entittled to express your own here. Just try not to make it a somewhat odiferous opinion. After all, such kinds of opinions tend to linger, lol!
"Character assassination"? Pff!
You went on to state"I will however go on record as saying I do not want a Tesla deal, nor CATL or anything like it. GRA is NOT in the big leagues."
It would be just peachy for you to have what you want ridethewinners.
You underestimate the potential of NanoXplore's "SiGTM" anode additive material to attract precisely the kind, quality and quantum of global batterycells manufacturers to employing said materials within their respective battery cell offerings.
I guess you wouldn't want just one of the companies I mentioned, eg. Samsung SDI or TESLA, to announce a "SiGTM" partnership and offtake purchase agreement with NanoXplore?
You would have had to be hiding under a rock somewhere not to realize what immense positive impact on the share price TESLA involving itself with NanoXplore's battery materials and/or battery cells manufacturing business enterprise would most certainly exert. "Mr. Market" knows it's the Midas Touch ridethewinners; do you?.
I guess it would be your preference for NanoXplore representatives to say no to my suggested offer being tabled by a company like TESLA.
Oh my! Imagine all the work NanoXplore representatives would have to put in to make a deal like that happen. That's somehow not appealing to you ridethewinners.
Pray tell? Would the resulting NanoXplore share price, which would certainly result from a NanoXplore deal with a company like TESLA, at all be appealing to you or would that be too much work for you, lol!
What a seemingly clownish and unsupportable suggestion on your part ridethewinners.
I wouldn't doubt that Mr. Soroush Nazarpour and every other NanoXplore insider, stakeholder or shareholder would likely pee themselves in delight should TESLA representatives want to place NanoXplore on the global map in my suggested way.
You stated "The recent strength seems just a recognition that this company is finally getting close to it's stated goals, they are being more transparent, and announcing the kind of long term orders we have all waited for. There does not seem to be any great "they" that are manipulating the small investors for nefarious means.I have never believed that, and this stock certainly has no sign of anything like that."
The recent strength or upward performance of the NanoXpore share price is not entirely resulting from the recognition by "Mr. Market" that this company is finally getting close to it's stated goals ridethewinners.
Mr. Nazarpour said news of the credit facility details was to be publicly disseminated "soon".
What this slow and steady increase in the NanoXplore share price, as is being accompanied by relatively low daily traded volume of course, would be presently driven by would be more so relating to a simple buy on rumor and sell on the news kind, quality and quantum of NanoXplore share appreciation.
This recent movement upward of the NanoXplore share price - once again, with such relatively low daily traded shares volume especially - smacks to me of something quite temporarily contrived ridethewinners.
Even if it costs me a whole whack of money, I always tell it like it is or call it the way I see it ridethewinners.
Look, I am going to be the last one to complain about a steady increase in the NanoXplore share price. Even if I am not anywhere near being made whole by this recent upward climbing share price, it's none the less refreshing.
That being said, I need to say enough with such a slow upward priming of the NanoXplore share price.
If you want to impress "Mr. Market", get the bleeding share price up to at least CAD$4.60, as would be accompanied by a marked 4x increase in daily traded shares volume for a week straight.
After all, we suspect another bought deal equity offering is coming and such an equity offering better not be price at less than the previous $30 Million bought deal equity financing initiative, CAD$4.60.
It's either this recent upward share price action is real or it's an entirely temporary fugazi and is only meant to generate some ROI for those persons and on behalf of those persons who purchased, and at such a low price to boot, somebody's tranches of GRA.T shares and would perhaps now be participating in the upward massaging the NanoXplore share price.
Now there's a thought eh?
Savvy ridethewinners?
