Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Hi BlueJay. Thanks for your valuation - US$3.50 to US$6.00. I concur that range is fairly realistic especially if Vantive takes us out early, I also think that'll happen as signs point that way.

But love to be wrong on value and receive the higher range put forward by others. Cheers!
