RE:RE:RE:RE:share price drop?Unfortunately yesterday is what can happen when people put in large stop loss orders. The brokerage algos note it, calculate how much it would cost to drop down to that level and how many cheap shares they can pick up.
Personally it is why I don't use stop loss orders.
Obviously TD saw it and took advantage.
Other lemmings followed.
The stop loss order may have been at 12c or 15c but the stop loss order will sell all of the order into available bids, lowering the shareprice further.
