Rate cuts…lol

If that is what you r waiting for you had better get out now ...I do not see a rate cut until next year at the earliest unless the who ecomomy collapses ...not likely in an election year as Yellen will just issue more treasuries to pay the bills ...next year will be a fiasco though ...Nwh.un should cut div again and use the funds to buy back the shares ...it is a wash ...that way ....next year this will be a double from here ....
