The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:Common themeIt's a fine balancing act. Pay attention to history and let it be your guide (with regards to Fed action/inaction). No one wants resurgence and or run away inflation. No one wants economy to be wrecked thus fine balancing act. Problem is Feds tend to react to data rather than be anticipatory because that is all they have and how they seem to be wired. This particular Fed of all or most of them at least acknowledge the existence of forward looking conditions. Having said that will still error on the side of caution at nearly all costs and yes that means entering into recession to ensure inflation is done.
