Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Very kind of you to say DZ. I can confirm I spent a good amount of time putting together my analysis so I could share it with strangers, with literally zero expectation of anything in return.

Pardon my sass. It's been a long and arduous journey in REIT land this past year. And in my defense - I did say thanks.

Hope you are well!! I plan on finishing the quant portion of my analysis for Artis today. I will be sure to share my thoughts and findings. After I'm done with that, I'll probably take another step back from my investments et al. -- unless some news drops of course.
