RE:RE:Newmont newsRemember Red we own all the land now. It was divided up in many hands back then, what made it unattractive for Newmont to explore and they also had the Giand mine disaster next door in a town that had enough of mining bosses lying to them. They made a call to go elswhere and left to do very well for themselves without all the headache. Now here we are 20 years later with unfinished exploration to do in a whole new situation and options to go anywhere we want. In a town that is no longer hostile to us mine owners. We can bring jobs and money and do it without polluting the town. One mans loss is an other mans gold. Newmonts news does affect us. They are only interested in big mines that produce at least over 250k ounces. That is not us.At least not yet. In the agreement it is going to cost them over 100 million to buy back 51% what they already own. Only 5 miles of the shear. Or they buy us out for a lot more money getting 150k producer with all the land to find more. It is possible but unlikely. Like you said unless GP finds the motherload.
The whole world wants a peice of that and we will be rich.LOL.
