RE:RE:RE:Baxter ramping up hiring for Vantive

RE:RE:RE:Baxter ramping up hiring for VantiveHi MM - they are posting for a lot of senior and mid-level positions but they are also looking for delivery drivers, office staff, part-timers, and junior positions. Not every prospective employee has a position they need to give notice for and not everyone will be able to wait 4 months for the job to start.

But realistically, the company being hired for doesn't even exist yet as a separate entity. If you have to have a common job-posting timeline, maybe 4 months is a safe compromise when you are posting for dozens of different jobs of every kind, at all different levels all over the world.

Hey g

I actually think that if anything they are leaving it late.

The recruiting process for mid level positions can take 6-8 weeks before hiring decisions. Then allow for 2-4 weeks notice period for previous employers. There's 3 months right there.

You want those people firmly in their positions before the IPO especially all those lawyers, accountants, marketing types, etc.

They could decide to pull the trigger in May or June as well.

Should be fun to watch as we ramp up the Trial enrolment at the same time.
