1or 2 spinout sounds reasonable because i suspect a financing would be required for the newco... and well dilution is the enemy of the shareholders ..and dino has to know that...

as to when it happens i suspect we will be voting on the luxor spinout at the impending annual meeting.... and i suspect that is why the annual meeting has been delayed...

I suspect the second spinout will most likely occur when treaty creek is bought out... Presumably the nsr and the remaining properties in teuton's portfolio will be spun off in a second company...
