Lol....od course they are. Your whole line is completed & ready for the $10m approval ---- June 2024

Like it says ---- up to 24 months & then, & only then after declared completed, the DOD policy allows next phase.

Btw....the "other transaction agreement", is mearley the allowance of follow-on $$$...without, Ucore needing to compete again. Basically no company can challenge the govt on awarding a 2nd contract & is why that will be a .... Production award.

One other thing....look @ the US Code of the contract --- it covers project range of $100m to $500m

So yes....you could theoretically be right of a DOD funded going forward.

Again, read the docs, then an opinions or random timeline assumptions.

You told me ---- "you're trying".
My final thought is....you aren't. 

Good thing is.....it's all moot because all you have to do is hold the stock.
