RE:The Perfect StormThe price per share means nothing to me. Why people even think of that as a metric of what to buy is beyond me. I'd rather invest $10,000 in a good company whose share price is $10 and get 1000 shares than a looser with a sp of 0.25 and get 40,000 shares for my $10,000. And know I made a good investment in the former as opposed to gambling in the latter
This mine will produce 200k oz. Probably only 150k. In addition, it has very high cash and AISC. I would value it at 700 to 800 million at the absolute max....high gold prices and vastly improving operations and cost control.
Considering the sharecount of around 1.5 BILLION, the share price.....in the absolute best case scenario would rise to somewhere around 45 cents.
How to you defend a 10x rise....to $2.50 a share ?????
That would value them at 3.8 billion. 3.8 billion for a 200 k producer????? With shockingly high AISC??? I don't think so
