Coffee and Casino

Coffee and CasinoOk --- stupid question for those that have way more experience with mining that i do.
Please help me understand the potential synergies if Casino and Coffee (and maybe other assets in the district) were ALL owned by ONE major as opposed to multiple?

I mean let's just take for example, Casino and Coffee --- if developed TOGETHER rather than independantly, how much potential woud that add to NPV of both assets?

Take for example, Coffee NPV is $400M and Casion $2B....then the sum independantly would be $2.4B...but if same operator on both...would it be 10% adder or ??

Just kind of curious on this if anyone has input.
