RE:RE:RE:RE:HOW WILL CAD REITS RESPONDYour best post ever Gary!  I have seen some good articles from the Wharton faculty.  I miss their business radio channel on SIRIUS XM.  

The only thing I might add is that Canada is in even worse shape than the USA:  our total debt burden is just as bad, and despite an exploding population we are not growing GDP.  

It seems like just yesterday when Justin Trudeau was in the thrall of modern monetary theory, doling out billions to anyone who raised a hand with the understanding that interest rates would remain near zero for the next hundred years.  One hopes the average Canadian wakes up to this crisis before investors demand 7% on Canadian bonds.  We really need a grown-up running our country.
