Victoria Gold Corp. is a gold mining company. The Company’s flagship asset is its 100% owned Dublin Gulch property, which hosts the Eagle, Olive and Raven gold deposits along with numerous targets along the Potato Hills Trend including Nugget, Lynx and Rex Peso. Dublin Gulch is situated in the central Yukon, Canada, approximately 375 kilometers (km) north of the capital city of Whitehorse. The property covers an area of approximately 555 square kilometers and is the site of the Company's Eagle and Olive Gold Deposits. It also holds a suite of other development and exploration properties in the Yukon, including Brewery Creek, Clear Creek, Gold Dome and Grew Creek. The Eagle West target area lies as close as 500 meters northwest of the main Eagle Gold Deposit and hosts the exposures of the granodiorite. The Raven target is located at the contact zone at the extreme southeastern portion of the Nugget Stock. The Brewery Creek Project is a past producing heap leach gold mining operation.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Institutions and insiders are at 63%Coeur sold 5 million shares to Cormark (Sprott) at a price of $10.90/share on June 28, 2022.  After that sale, Coeur ceased to be an insider.

I wouldn't rely on Victoria's totals in their Corp. Presentation.

The Corp presentation shows Van Eck holding 3.54 million shares whereas the correct number is 1.64 million after VGCX was dropped from the GDX in Sept. 2022.

Invesco no longer holds VGCX shares. (902,000 shares reported)

Franklin's reported holdings as of 20240131 was 1.525 million shares. (2.85 million shares reported).

I don't know how accurate the other reported holdings are.

Marty Rendall told me that Orion sold all of their interests in Victoria a long time ago including the warrants that were exercised last April and the Call Options due the same month.

Speculating that your largest shareholders could be shorting the stock is highly illogical to me when all they would have to do is sell their own holdings without having to report those sales.  What do they have to gain by shorting?

The insiders can't sell because that would cause an even bigger run on the stock.
