RE:RE:RE:Star Navigation Announces Binding Letter of Intent with S3iaI'm going to assume that you are a Star Navigation shareholder Fakenews. I'm also going to assume that you know nothing of the capability of Stars technology because if you did you would realise how something like this benefits Star Shareholders. You do want your share price to increse don't you? Just a little bit of research would show you what Imagine AR does. Then when you check S3iai website you can see what they do. S3iai is a private company. They don't have to disclose like publically trading companies do.
Like I titled my post a few days ago, I've been around the block a few times. I dont think Imagine AR needs Star Navigation. I would consider it a blessing that they are working with Star. Getting into Artificial Intelligence is a huge field right now likely into the trillions of dollars. I know the technology and I know how it can fit together. I can see Flightpath benefitting form this as well and if you check their website they have 9 locations, operating in 65 countries and have 150 operators. Thats a nice combination. Star Navigation, Imagine AR, S3iai and Flight path. If you can't see the benefit get someone to explain it to you.
I believe this is the start of something truly beneficial to Star. Tell me Fakenes, what other plan are you aware of that will help increse your share price at Star.
Star puts out a press release,
On February 25th, 2024, the two companies signed a binding Letter of Intent, solidifying a historic agreement that positions S3iai as Star's exclusive AI partner. In exchange for this exclusivity and an investment of up to $4,500,000 USD, Star will hold a fifty-five percent (55%) majority stake in S3iai's issued and outstanding common stock upon the completion of the financing. The agreement includes a non-refundable deposit of $100,000 USD from Star, offering an eight-month window to finalize this investment.
Interesting that Imagine AR press releases that a license agreement with S3iai for $203, 397 that Star owns 55% of. Thats just over $100,000 to Star. Star by the way owes a $100,000 deposit to S3iai. Looks like the deposit got covered. Gee, it almost sounds like management knows what they are doing. Refreshing isn't it?
