PDL and partners offer

PDL and partners offerIm surprised they didnt get a deal done...if he wanted to steal this REIT for $7-8 you would think the committee would just hand it over to him? He obviously had 3rd party interest and saw a path to take it private.   He would be smart to know they would need to pay close to NAV perhaps a small discount so $10+

why didnt the comittee accept this
