The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I lost 100% of confidence there's going to be any gap closer....at best we get a small SIB at 20% premium to trading price, which may barely around $7 if we're lucky, then that raises issues what if Sandpiper/Joyce/EP tender....wont be pretty

dividend cut scenario also looks very likely

If nothing else if he gets a fantastic industrial porfolio sale going and retail sold at FMV at least it will protect the downside.
