RE:RE:RE:RE:China's clean tech boom has lessons for CanadaTorontojay:
There is no doubt in my mind of the laundering of cash that exists in the realm of Canada's business borders. I find it hard to understand how and why it exists with minimal public exposure in a country which prides itself with ones of the most prestigious police force in the world. Below is from the RCMP website:
RCMP purpose

From coast-to-coast-to-coast, at the community, provincial, territorial and federal levels, we work to:

  • prevent crime
  • enforce the law
  • investigate offences
  • keep Canadians, and their interests, safe and secure
  • assist Canadians in emergency situations/incidents
Now I understand that "the crooks are always one step ahead of the cops" but it certainly is abundantly clear that our beloved scarlet clad Royal Guardsmen, may be a tad overated. In fact one may even say  that the RCMP have more unsolved cold-cases than your local beer store. Why?? They certainly are not underfunded or under staffed. Obviously their one-time catch prase " we always get our man" no longer exists not because of gender bias, but because of bias- genders. The incompetence starts from the top and permeates downward. Change is required...
