The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The problem I have with office cre's is that I truly believe the shift to remote work is a structural change. I don't believe we are ever going back to a 5 day work week at the office. If I'm right about this, then the value of office space is permanently impaired. I don't think there is a quick rebound from this. At the end of the day, one has to ask themselves if the future cash flows from a permanently impaired asset class justifies the share price offered. If the answer is yes, then continue to accumulate and don't sell your shares.
