I doubt we would be seeing a buyout in that low a range (and I'm assuming you mean US dollars).

We are a couple announcements (and some competent marketing) away from easily exceeding $1 US.

Evans and the rest of management have way too many stock options on the table to tap out that easily, and I don't think shareholders would see it as a premium to walk away with a price we had last June.
