The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:ARE people not understanding whats happening?I think you're wrong.  Office vacancy will be flat or slightly up for couple of years. Look at dream office latest occupancy rate. The main problem with office reits is higher mortgage rates than residential/industrial/retail
