5,500 GRA.T shares at a price of CAD$2.55.

Only recently Mr. Rocco Marinaccio disposed of roughly $500,000 Dollars worth of vested NanoXplore shares, as resulting from exercised options; and now Mr. Rocco Marinaccio elects to purchase at $2.55 per share?
