25 YEARS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME. BROKEN PROMISES, BROKEN TIMELINES HELL HE CAN'T COMPLETE THE SCALE UP OF THE PGX PLANT TO MEET HIS MERGER DEADLINE , TALK ABOUT LOOOOOSER. SHOULD BE DONE IN THE NEXT 25 YEARS
