Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). I'm all for more disclosure except when it comes to info that could potentially scuttle a partner's ability to make an offer for the whole enchilada and or in any way jeopardize a favourable ruling from the FDA, this close to the finale.

I'm also in favour of you finally getting a clue rather than always searching for conspiracies that aren't there.
