In the end, only the lowest-cost and/or the deepest-pocketed ones will survive while driving down the lithium prices and draining the liquidity of the smaller players. The boom-bust cycle of commodities history guarantees that this time it won't be different. At the end of the day, the smaller lithium companies will go under or else be bought out by the very biggest few for pennies on the dollar. The very biggest like SQM, Ganfeng, and Exxon, which has decided to enter the arena of lithium players.
