Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a Canada-based company that operates a diversified business providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world. The Company's segments include Sulphur and Water Chemicals (SWC), and Electrochemicals (EC). SWC segment markets, removes and/or produces merchant, Regen and sulphuric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, elemental sulphur, liquid sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, sodium bisulphite, and sulphides, and provides other processing services. This segment also manufactures and markets a variety of inorganic coagulants used in water treatment, including aluminum sulphate, and a number of specialty chemicals, including sodium nitrite. EC segment manufactures and markets sodium chlorate and chlor-alkali products including caustic soda, chlorine and HCl, largely for the pulp and paper, oil and gas and water treatment industries. These products are marketed primarily to North American and South American customers.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:dividends - income trustthat's funny, and maybe the stock is not down 60 % for the last 10 years but just down 12% in the last year. 
Financial Performance is evaluated on a mid-long term to avoid seasonality and point in time events not just for 3 months, ie. since they increased the dividend. Otherwise it will be very easy for management to withdraw all dividend then reinstate s ridiculous 1c dividend and say yeaaaa, we have established a dividend to return value to shareholders.

And just to be clear, the business is good, the problem is the mangement with no respect for shareholders and stock dillution drunk. This is an Income trust, must of cash flow should be distributed to shareholders, not witheld in the Business ... and leading to 53.5% tax payment
