MediPharm Labs Corp. is a Canada-based full-service pharmaceutical company. The only thing they have ever publically stated is the ANDA and just last Q call, Strachan let out that it is for Epio....that is all.

They have never made any statements about other submissions and even went so far as to set the record straight (via a NR) on the status of trials in which they were supporting (by essentially saying, they are quite far from the finish line in any of them).

If you think me wrong, by all means, ask a direct question on the NDA (not ANDA) and other secret submissions of which you speak. I know the answer, you apparently don't.
