Yes, let's be perfectly clear that I'm bearish on reits with exposure to office. I have been for a very long time because I'm that same Economist that has predicted 13 of the last 10 recessions. I think I nailed this call pretty accurately. What do you think?

How is the Artis trade doing for you? I guess the 10% distribution yield is better than my 5% money market fund. Oops, I forgot to mention that the share price is down 30 % from a year ago but who's really keeping track anyway?

Next time, don't hide behind a new alias tough guy.
