RE:Toronto Presentation

RE:Toronto Presentation
Thanks for posting the link to the presentation.

First off, anyone know which company Mr. Reid was referring to when he started his presentation by saying he hated following the previous presenter because "....that's such an absolutely fabulous project"...?

Parts of the presentation I found significant:

Capex: $800M - $1B "which shouldn't surprise anybody"
(Didn't surprise me - check my previous posts on capex. Not trying to pat myself on the back - just saying...)

Be in a position to break ground in the middle of 2025 "..in kind of a perfect world"...(???) In other words, unlikely.

Timeline Slide:
"Anything I tell you on the timeline is wrong."
Seems like this management team is not confident they can hit future target timeframes.
Bad sign. All you need are time period windows, which is on the slide, and he's literally telling investors to ignore it? Huh...?

Joint Venture with a major seems almost certain.

Makes me want to stay away from an investment decision on this company until the end of 2024 even more.
