Also Ottawa Hospital is a teaching institution affiliated with the Unniversity of Ottawa. Having said that I think horseshoefalls is correct in the difference highlighted between the Telus mandate and that of CloudMD.
The Ottawa Hosiptatls annoncement was a nice win for CloudMD which much like THNK has had a rough go over the past few years. Fortunately CloudMD has made good progress towards becoming profitable and regaining it's footing (can't say the same about THNK). I've considered adding it to my holdings but I'm just monitoring for now. I've become increasingly cautious of companies with very poor Glassdoor ratings which both THNK and CloudMD have. If management can provide a Q4 beat and strong guidance when they report then I'll gain more confidence in the story.
