SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Most minipulated stock on the marketExactly! I said months ago, that when we 'feed the trolls" they just keep coming back for more. Unfortunatley I have responded in some cases with something I feel may benefit the rest of the group.
These units dont trade much because they are very tightly held. Then when a larger holder eliminates a position (likely to deploy the cash elsewhere) instead of being happy that some float was freed up, they look for another reason to complain. Discretionary spending is way down due to inflation. People are not going to restaurants of anykind as much as they used to.This has been the case for a while, now and the trend continues. I think Sir has done an amazing job keeping the sales level (and distribution) where it is.
It is very easy to put orders in for equities with limit orders. Buy when it hits this price, sell when it hits that price. If volitility is your concern, there are ways to gain from it by placing strategic orders.
Volume is low, complain, large holders divests some units (freeing up float) complain.
