Instinet Canada 13 seems to be using automatic trading via algorithm something only a selected number of people have access to.

Moreover, many transactions happen in secondary markets and via dark pools, how can that be fair and transparent?

For me it looks like stock manipulation, borrowing and shorting has been a real problem with this stock since a long time, hence I believe you recognized that by hiring RedCloud and trying to restore some kind of stability.

At this point, if stock has no real problem, why not direct that $60k/year contract with RedCloud towards marketing?
